Get Involved With ABCT Addictive Behavior SIG
The Addictive Behaviors SIG offers opportunities for members, students, trainees, researchers, and clinicians to connect around shared interests in substance use, addictive behaviors, prevention, treatment, harm reduction, and behavioral health. Members can get involved by joining the listserv, attending the annual SIG meeting, submitting posters or nominating colleagues for awards, reading our past newsletters, and following SIG updates throughout the year through our social media accounts.

Attend the Annual ABCT Convention
The 60th ABCT Annual Convention will take place November 12–15, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland. This year’s convention theme is “Integrating Compassion and Science: Empowering Our Community to Engage in Evidence-Based Collective Action.” Addictive Behaviors SIG meeting details, poster opportunities, and related updates will be shared through the SIG listserv and ABCT convention materials as they become available.
